Details of Process & Service Charges
our assistance fee for work migration is payable after visa. The initial paid fee bounds us with an agreement in the favour of the applicant to timely and successfully deliver the assigned job.
1) First instalment: Engagement fee: 1500 euros which is paid to initiate our assistance services, on this stage we sign an agreement. After receiving payment we will forward to you GDPR clause. GDPR clause is letter where you give us permission to use your personal documents for your case.
It will include legal assistance, searching for accommodation and presentation for polish basic language course. You will be obliged to pay this part of the fee to continue with our assistance service after procuring a visa, as we ourselves have to execute certain steps in the process.
In this you will be getting the original work permit. Your employer provides you with the additional documents for the Embassy (Polish and English versions):
a. Contract of Mandate in between the company & worker
b. Accommodation letter of worker in Poland
c. Confirmation letter of job being offered to the worker
d. Registration documents of company in Poland
e. Work permit Letter (Original)
f. KRS letter (Registration of the job with local labour court of Poland)
Processing time for receiving documents for farm workers is approximately 1 month. Processing time for receiving documents for all other categories is approximately 2-3
months.
2) Second instalment:
1500 euros are required after receiving the following list of
documents.
We will submit the e-applications online at the Polish Embassy and will book an appointment for biometrics. The applicant will visit the VAC centre for biometrics and
Passport submissions as per the embassy guidelines.
The maximum time taken by the Poland embassy in India for stamping visa stickers on the passport is 1 month. The balance payment is after visa stamping only.
3) Third instalment: After the issuance of visa: Service Fee is payable before arrival to
Poland.
Refund Policy:
The initial paid fee is fully Refundable in case of our failure in providing the required documents as mentioned above in 1 month for farm workers and maximum 3 months of
processing time. On the other hand there are no any refunds acceptable once the work permit letters are issued and well verified by the client.
The second instalment is fully refundable within 2 weeks of time frame in case of visa stamping is failed by the efforts of Get Global Immigration Consultants.
This agreement shall be considered terminated in the any following Circumstances and in that case the client has no any rights to ask for any Refunds
a. The client informs the company that he/she no longer wishes to utilize its services while His/her application is in process.
b. The client is untraceable for two to three months beyond any reasonable Reason.
c. When the client is involved in any form of dishonesty or is charged with any
criminal Offence by the police.
Further Details for Poland;
1. The processing time for Poland work permit can be minimum 2 months and maximum
3 months for Farm Workers and minimum 4 months to maximum 6 months for all other
categories.
2. An online Language course is provided so that they will be able to learn and able to
talk in Polish language so that they will be able survive in Poland. There are not any
interviews for Poland as workers will be getting blue collar jobs so that’s why no
interviews will be conducted.
3. Indian, Nepalese and Bangladeshi candidates are acceptable.
4. Age 18-45 years of age is acceptable.
5. Minimum 10th class documents are acceptable.
6. There are some jobs in which no need to show relevant experience. Necessary
document is passport scanned copy to start the process.
