Step 1 – Student documents
1. Passport
2. 10th, 12th, Diploma & Graduation/Master if any (All detailed marks sheets & final certificates) 
3. Resume in MS word format
4. Experience / joining letters if gap any.
5. Passport sized photo
6. Vaccination Certificate 
7. IELTS/ PTE any English Language Test Results equivalent to IELTS 5.5 Bands

Step 2: The college/ University will interview the student and will issue an Offer Letter within 1 weeks’ time frame.
Step 3: – Acceptance of Letter
Student will accept the Offer Letter & Student will transfer the admission fee and tuition fee in the college bank account.
Step 4: – Pay Tuition Fee
Student will make the Tuition Fee transfer.
Step 5: – College will courier below mention original documents
Processing Time: 10-15 working days.

Step 6: – Student will start preparing Visa Checklist documents, Documents needed for the student visa application

  1. Two passport-size photos as per the visa requirements.
  2. Travel medical insurancefor one year (value 30 K Euro)
  3. Passport all pages Notarized&Original Passport with at least 3 months validity. Your passport must have at least TWO BLANK PAGES to affix the visa.
  4. Adhaar card (along with a photocopy)
  5. An offer letter from the Malta university/college
  6. Proof of payment of the university/college Tuition fee.
  7. Proof of sufficient funds to cover your all expenses.
  8. Applicants are required to submit their bank statement along with the sponsor’s bank statement
  9. Proof of Visa Fees

 Step 7: Embassy Date (VFS Submission)&Embassy Interview
We will prepare the student for Embassy Interview
Step 8: Visa Approval
After Malta Student Visa approval the student has to pay the service charges.
Step 10 – Immigration Letter
Once student will clear all the dues, the student will get his travel instructions.
Step 11 – Welcome to Malta
The college will arrange Student Pickup from Malta Airport.
