Visitor Visa for New Zealand

Essential Documents required from all applicants:

• The passport should be valid for at six months from the date of submission of the visa application.
• Visa application Form filled in completely and signed by the applicant.
• Minimum 3 months’ salary slips.
• A no objection certificate from the current employer.

Proof of sufficient funds:

If Employed

• Bank statement from last 6 months including address and telephone number of the bank, A/C holder’s
  name & address with stamp and signature of bank manager.
• Income tax returns for last 3 years.
• 4 recent color passport sized photographs, 35×45 mm in size with white background.

If Self Employed

• Registration of the company, partnership deed and Memorandum of Article (MOA) is required.
• C.A Report of current year
• Bank statements of current account from last 6 months including address and telephone number of the
  bank, A/C holder’s name & address with stamp and signature of bank manager.
• Visiting Cards & Letter Heads of Business
• Income tax returns for last 3 years.

Visa Application Charges:

Embassy Fee & file expenses: 30,000 I.N.R (Non- refundable)

Visa consultation and service charges per applicant – 3, 00,000/- INR, to be received in one single installment
after visa approval only:

Processing Period:

We take at least one to two weeks to prepare an application to submit into Embassy. The New Zealand Embassy
usually gives decision in 2-5 weeks. It may take longer as well, so we suggest applicants to file at least two
months earlier than their planned date of travel.

Refund Policy:

The refund will be made maximum within 2 weeks. The refundable amount will be 15,000 I.N.R as the
embassy fee is nonrefundable.

Please Note: The applicant will lose initially paid 30,000 I.N.R if he/she withdraws his/her application for
whatever reasons after getting registered and start using our services. He/ She can take any suggestion by
calling the given contact numbers in working hours only.

Please note that no any private consultancy company can give guarantee of visa or P.R. The final decision is
made only by the embassy. If any company gives any such guarantee than that is fraud and this is an offense
under immigration laws.
